Yemen chairs UNCTAD 57th session in Geneva

GENEVA, Sep. 22 (Saba)- Yemen permanent
representative to the European headquarters of the United Nations and the
international
organizations Ibrahim al-Adoufi chaired on Wednesday works of the 57th session of
the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
The session addressed the 4th article over development and economy in Africa in
which the participants reviewed the new forms of development and partnerships with
donor
countries as a living example of development in the developing and least developed
countries.
The meeting came out with an agreement on providing development support for the
African countries as well as the least developed countries through projects to be
funded
by the UNCTAD and the various UN bodies as well.
