S.KOREAN AMBASSADOR VISITS KHENTII

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia Mr. Chung Jil made a working tour to Khentii aimag September 21.
Authorities of the province have warmly received the Ambassador and accompanying him officials and introduced them into their locality and shared views on cooperation.
In this aimag's Olziit village, a 10,000 hectares of lands have been bought by one S.Korean company, but no activity is observed so far. Another company from this country wants to plant fodder on 3-5 hectares in Kherlen-Ulaan village, the Mongolian side has said
Mr. Ambassador has said many proposals to cooperate in tourism are sent to him by representation of Khentii aimag--"the most beautiful and glamourous among other provinces place rich in archaecological findings".
In response, the governor of the aimag has said they are ready to collaborate with any province or city of S.Korea.
Mr. Ambassador said he supports the mutual interest to cooperate and expressed a hope that another meeting would be run "because we must draw up a detailed plan or project in order to make clear what spheres need investments."
