AZERBAIJANI PRESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATION`S OFFICIAL HOLDS MEETINGS IN RUSSIA

Moscow, September 21 (AzerTAc). Chief of social-political Department at Azerbaijan`s Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov is in Russia to meet the country`s officials.
At the Russian Presidential Administration, Hasanov met with chief of Department of the Russian president for Interregional and Cultural Relations Sergey Vinokurov, who said “meetings in this format have already become traditional.”
“I am very pleased that we`ve built close cooperation at the level of our administrations and within the framework of our competence fixed by our leaderships," he stressed. According to Vinokurov: “This interaction refers to humanitarian cooperation, issues of education, culture, social and public activities, cooperation by the line of the civil society.”
Vinokurov also drew attention to the fact that early September, Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Dmitriy Medvedev held a meeting, which, he said, gave an impetus to developing the bilateral relations. "Under the orders of the two presidents, we will continue to increase our activity, we will communicate, we are confident that we will contribute to developing strategic relations between our countries,” said the Russian Presidential Administration`s official.
Hasanov thanked Vinokurov for “the warm welcome and conditions allowing to discuss topical issues on the agenda”. “I consider it important to discuss socio-political, informational, cultural and other relations between our countries within the framework of powers provided by the heads of our states,` said Hasanov.
Hasanov will hold also meet other top Russian officials, including chief of the Presidential Administration Sergey Naryshkin.
