138 new companies set up in first half of 2009, says report
SANA'A, July 30 (Saba)- Some 138 companies were set up in Yemen during the first half of the current year at sum of YR 4.5 billion, a recent report of General Department for Companies Affairs inthe Ministry of Trade and Industry said.
The report made it clear that department has taken measures to facilitate steps of doing business, adding that that the new companies are participating actively in the economicdevelopment in the nation by creating jobs for youths.
