INDOSAT, MANDALA COOPERATE IN RESERVATION SYSTEM
Jakarta, July 29 (ANTARA) - Publicly listed satellite telecommunications company PT. Indosat and Mandala Airlines signed a momerandum of understanding on marketing and services to each of their customers.
The MoU was signed by Indosat President Director Johnny Swandi Sjam and Chief Executive Officer of Mandala Warwick Brady here on Tuesday.
The cooperation agreement covers micro-payment services, SMS-based campaigns, marketing and sales, and corporate solution of Mandala airlines telecommunications problems.
Other sectors of cooperation include event organization, sponsorship and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
On the occasion, Indosat marketing director Guntur S Siboro said the micro-payment service under the cooperation Mandala's fares are paid through an Indosat mobile wallet, namely 'my wallet' combined with WAP reservation.
My wallet is a payment/purchase service provided by the subcribers who have established cooperation with Indosat through the use of handphone software using Indosat cards such as Matrix, Mentari and IM3.
"This is a cross-sale between Indosat and Mandala due to similarity in subcribers," Guntur said.
