Iran President cries out voice of justice-seeking people: MP
Karaj, Sept 20, IRNA – A member of Iran's Majlis (Parliament) said Monday in the provincial capital city of Karaj in Alborz province that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is shouting worldwide the voice of justice-seeking and free-minded people.
Talking to IRNA while referring to the speech to be delivered by President Ahmadinejad in New York, Mohammad-Hossein Nejad-Fallah said the Iranian President will defend the oppressed people around the world.
He further said the 2010 United Nations General Assembly in New York will be an ample opportunity for declaring the Muslim Iranian nations' rights to gaining peaceful nuclear energy.
It will also be a chance for elaborating on the US and Israeli aggressions in the Middle East region.
President Ahmadinejad arrived in New York, the US, to take part in the UN General Assembly which holds its meeting annually.
Alborz is the newly declared Iranian province. It is located in west of the Iranian capital city of Tehran./end
