HEYDAR ALIYEV FOUNDATION`S ANOTHER CHARITY CAMPAIGN ENDS
Baku, September 17 (AzerTAc). The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has completed another charity campaign offering cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries for children from low income families.
The weeklong campaign, held at the Worldmed clinic in Baku, saw 43 children undergo surgeries by the clinic`s senior doctor Aziz Aliyev and medics at the Smile Train, an international charity organization.
A total of 400 children in need diagnosed with cleft lip and cleft palate received medical examination, with 200 of them undergoing surgeries as part of the charity held for the second consecutive year.
