AZERBAIJANI PRESIDENT HEADS TO TURKEY
Baku, September 15 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today left for Turkey to attend the 10th summit of the Turkish-speaking countries` Heads of State.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
