Iran president says has ‘plans for every second’ of his presidency
TEHRAN, Sept. 13 (MNA) – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says the administration has “plans for every second” of the three remaining years of his presidency.
The Iranian nation’s determination for progress and the administration’s motive for serving the nation increase as days pass along, the president said on a TV program on Sunday.
Asked about the changes he has undergone over the past five years, the president said, “The passage of time and acquiring experience make changes in human beings. To sum it up, I would say my beliefs have changed the most.”
Ahmadinejad also referred to the slogan of “we can” which formed a cornerstone of his presidential campaign in 2005, and said he is now more confident than ever that Iran can “crest the high summits of progress.”
He added that his belief in the greatness of the Iranian nation has dramatically grown.
