Baku, 29 July,(AzerTAj) - Dear Mr. Prime Minister, I was deeply saddened upon hearing the news about terrorist acts causing heavy human loss in Istanbul.
We resolutely condemn terrorism, and express the necessity of joint efforts to combat these horrible deeds.
