Masked men break into Melbourne gun shop

Three masked men have stolen firearms, including a distinctive hand-made Beretta
worth $30,000, from a gun shop in Melbourne.
Police said on Saturday the men, who were wearing dark coloured full body suits,
broke into the Mt Alexander Road premises in Essendon about 11.30pm (AEST) on
Thursday and stole a number of firearms, with an estimated value of $50,000.
Several shotguns were taken in the heist along with the Beretta handgun.
Detectives are keen to hear from anyone who may be approached to buy cheap firearms.
