AZERBAIJAN LEADS CIS FOR ON COMPETITIVENESS INDEX
Baku, September 11 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan is above other CIS countries in the overall ranking in the Global Competitiveness Report 2010-2011 released by the World Economic Forum.
Azerbaijan is third among post-soviet countries after Estonia and second-placed Lithuania.
The report placed Estonia 33rd and Lithuania 47th. Azerbaijan, which is 57th, is followed by 63rd-placed Russia.
Switzerland, Sweden, Singapore, USA and Germany are five top performers in the ranking
