MOSCOW, September 10 (Itar-Tass) -- Eleven badly wounded people in
Vladikavkaz blast, including a three-year old child, have been airlifted
for treatment in Moscow hospitals early on Friday.
"An Il-76 aircraft of the emergency ministry equipped with five
special medical modules landed at 00:20 hours at Ramenskoe airport near
Moscow," a spokesman of the emergency ministry said.
He said the wounded were accompanied on the flight by 16 doctors.
Five of the people, including the child, are in very grave condition.
On Thursday a suicide car bomber hit the central market in Vladikavkaz
in North Ossetia killing at least 16 people and wounding over a hundred.

VLADIKAVKAZ, September 10 (Itar-Tass) -- The Russian Republic of North
Ossetia mourns on Friday victims of a terrorist attack that killed at
least 16 people and wounded over 120 on Thursday.
The republican Youth Ministry called on residents to participate in
Memory Candle action and light up candles at the place of the terrorist
act, in windows, parks and gardens.
Orthodox Christian Churches in the republic will pray for the dead and
wounded.
Predominantly Orthodox Christian North Ossetia mounted security in the
republic and at the border with Muslim Ingushetia. Relations between
ethnic Ossetians and Ingushis have been tense since they erupted into an
open conflict in 1992. Ingush President Yunus-Bek Yevkurov was among the
first to send condolences to North Ossetia on Thursday after a suicide car
bomber hit the central market in Vladikavkaz.
The attack came as Muslims were preparing to celebrate Eid al-Fitr, a
holiday marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said the terrorist act "was aimed at
sowing enmity between our citizens. We must not allow that."
President Dmitry Medvedev urged "to do everything to track down the
beasts, the scoundrels who conducted that terror attack."
Eleven most badly wounded people, including a three-year old child,
have been airlifted for treatment in Moscow hospitals early on Friday.
Doctors said they are specifically concerned with the condition of the
child who is in coma.
.False bomb report scares major market in Kamchatka.
PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKI, September 10 (Itar-Tass) -- Police mounted
security and sealed off a major market in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski early
on Friday after receiving a bomb scare that turned out to be false.
The incident happened one day after a suicide car bomber hit the
central market in Vladikavkaz, North Ossetia, killing at least 16 people
and wounding over 120.
An anonymous telephone call reported a bomb planted at the bus station
near one of the major markets in the administrative city of Kamchatka.
Police sealed off the place and evacuated all people from the station
and the market. Officers found a cardboard-covered chair with a bomb
warning written on it and an attached packet. However no explosives were
found in the packet and on the whole adjacent territory.
Normal operations of the bus station and the market have been resumed
at present. Police are working to identify the caller.
