AZERBAIJAN`S PRESIDENT OFFERS INDEPENDENCE DAY GREETINGS TO TAJIK COUNTERPART
Baku, September 8 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory message to his Tajik counterpart Emomali Rahmon on country`s national holiday – Independence Day.
The President said in the letter “traditional friendly relations, connecting our peoples, open great opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries on permanent basis”.
The Head of State expressed assurance that “we will further make efforts to use effectively these opportunities”.
President Ilham Aliyev wished Emomali Rahmon robust health, successes in his activities and the friendly people of Tajikistan - peace and prosperity.
