CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The cabinet held Wednesday considered as necessity to join the agreement on the cooperation in frames of the unified system of preventing various natural disasters in African and Asian regions (RIMES). A regular meeting of the RIMES held in July of 2010 in India decided to implement a project with money of USD 180 thousand in Mongolia.
The Minister of Social Welfare and Labor T.Gandi has been obliged to grant a special permission to engineers, technical and professional workers of China who are to construct a building of rehabilitation center for peacekeepers with a non-refundable aid from China and to work in a factory of coke of the "Enk" LLC, in the period from September 15 to December 31.
The cabinet discussed and backed a draft resolution of parliament on establishment of diplomatic relations with the Dominican Republic, and decided to submit it to the State Great Khural. The cabinet approved then a draft agreement on cooperation to be established between the government of Mongolia and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). A right of signing this agreement has been granted to L.Orgil, the Ambassador of Mongolia to the Swiss Confederation and the Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the UN Office at Geneva and to international organizations.
The cabinet did not back a draft amendment to the law on special fund of the government initiated by MPs P.Altangerel, N.Ganbyamba and S.Erdene.
