One dead, 13 injured in bomb attack in Pakistan
Islamabad, Jul 28 (PTI) One person was killed and 13 others, including five policemen, were injured in a bomb attack on a police van that escorted a prisoners bus inPakistan's northwest region Monday, police said.
The bomb was exploded through a remote control at a main square at the city of Kohat as the passenger bus wastaking prisoners to court, they said.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Suspected militants are regularly launching attacks onsecurity personnel in the country's troubled northwest.
A lady police constable was also injured in theattack, whose condition is stated to be critical.
