Russian-Kazakh interaction exemplary for CIS - Nazarbayev.

UST-KAMENOGORSK, September 7 (Itar-Tass) - Kazakh President Nursultan
Nazarbayev said cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan sets an example
for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Nazarbayev said so at a
meeting with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev on Tuesday.
"Our relations are such that they can be an example for CIS
relations," Nazarbayev stated, "the 7th regional cooperation forum of the
two states will become another move towards (strengthening) our
interaction, this time within the scope of the Customs Union."
Nazarbayev invited Medvedev to the summit of the Organization for
Security and Cooperation in Europe, which will take place in Astana on
December 1-2.
"We'll also meet in Moscow at the summits of the Collective Security
Treaty Organization (CSTO) and the Commonwealth of Independent States in
December," the Kazakh leader added.
After one-on-one talks, Medvedev and Nazarbayev will co-chair a
session of the 7th Russian-Kazakh regional cooperation forum.
