RF, Norway to sign sea border delimitation accord Sept 15.

OSLO, September 7 (Itar-Tass) - On September 15, Russia and Norway are
to sign an agreement on the delimitation of the sea borders in the Barents
Sea, thereby putting an end to the 40-year dispute over the issue, the
Office of Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg announced Monday.
The agreement will be signed in Murmansk by the Ministers of Foreign
Affairs of the two countries, Sergei Lavrov and Jonas Gahr Stoere.
Stoltenberg said he was gratified by the fact that the two sides had
succeeded in reaching agreement on the issue. He referred to the accord as
a historic one.
