SECOND ROUND OF TALKS ON ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT TO BE CONDUCTED IN BRUSSELS, EU REP

Baku, September 6 (AzerTAc). The second round of talks on the association agreement will be held in Brussels in a few days, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby said upon his arrival to Azerbaijan.
According to him, it was not even known a year ago if talks on association agreement would begin.
“We have covered a long distance during a year,” Semneby said adding EU-Azerbaijani relations reached a qualitatively new level.
The EU-Azerbaijan talks on the association agreement were launched on June 16 in Baku.
