Baku, September 5 (AzerTAc). European Union`s special representative for South Caucasus Peter Semneby has started his visit here today.
Semneby will confer with the Azerbaijan government and meet Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh, political parties and civil society representatives to discuss latest developments in Azerbaijan and South Caucasus as well as upcoming parliamentary elections in the country.
