RF president expresses condolences over terrorist acts in Pakistan.

MOSCOW, September 3 (Itar-Tass) -- Russian President Dmitry Medvedev
has sent a telegram of condolences with his Pakistani counterpart Asif Ali
Zardari over the recent acts of terror in the Pakistani city of Lahore
claiming numerous human lives, the Kremlin press service said on Friday.
"With the strong feeling of indignation I learnt about another
terrorist act in the Pakistani city of Lahore, killing tens and injuring
more than 200 civilians. Nothing can justify such inhumanly actions, the
more so, during the holy month of Ramadan," the telegram said.
"Russia resolutely opposes any manifestations of terrorism. I am
confident more coordinated and decisive actions of the entire world
community are needed to fight against this evil. In this context, it is
important that the Pakistani authorities continue their decisive and
uncompromising fight against terrorists and extremists. I have no doubts
that plotters of these terrorist acts will be severely punished."
According to reports coming from Islamabad, the death toll from the
September 1 three terrorist acts in Lahore has reached 25. More that 120
people received wounds. Suicide bombers exploded themselves after the
evening prayer.
