Moscow, Washington discuss situation in Kyrgyzstan.

MOSCOW, September 2 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister
Grigory Karasin and US Deputy Secretary of State Robert Blake have
discussed the situation in Kyrgyzstan and humanitarian aid to that
country, a Russian Foreign Ministry official said on Thursday.
According to the source, "The diplomats have reviewed the situation in
Central Asia, including the influences of the Afghan factor." They paid
special attention to the latest developments in Kyrgyzstan," the official
said.
Blake was informed in detail on Russia's efforts to settle the
situation in Kyrgyzstan, including humanitarian aid. The two sides agreed
to have more discussions of these issues.
