1299 Arab, foreign residents involve in crimes in Yemen
SANA'A, Aug. 31 (Saba) -
Nearly 1299 Arab and foreign people have involved in committing different crimes
during the
first half of 2010, according to a security statistics issued lately by Interior
Ministry.
The statistics made clear that the 1299 accused people included about 885 Arab
residents and the rest of them are of different foreign nationalities, Africans,
Asians and
few of them are Europeans.
The number of victims of these crimes which have been committed during the first
six months of the current year reached 211.
The crimes were distributed among 28 different crimes, topped by intentional
homicide, intentional abuse crimes and crimes of attempted murder.
