Transport Ministry has signed a 6.7 million USD consultation contract
Hanoi (VNA) – The Transport Ministry has signed a 6.7 million USD consultation
contract with a partnership from the Republic of Korea for a bridge connecting
Hanoi and Vinh Phuc province.
The RoK partnership, which includes with Yooshin Engineering Corporation and the
Sambo Engineering Co. Ltd. will provide their service over a nine-month period
regarding the Vinh Thinh bridge spanning the Red River on the National Highway
No 2C.
Construction work on the 4.4km bridge will start at the end of next year at an
estimated cost of 100 million USD to be sourced from the RoK Economic Development
Cooperation Fund (EDCF) loans.-Enditem
