Yemen, Palestine discuss further cooperation

SANA'A, Aug. 30 (Saba) - Minister of Interior Mutahar al-Masri held talks on Monday with the Palestinian ambassador to Yemen Bassem
al-Agha on aspects of enhancing the bilateral relations between Yemen and Palestine.

In the meeting, al-Masri hailed the brotherly relations between the two countries,
renewing the Yemeni firm attitude supporting the Palestinian cause and its
legitimate
right of establishing its independent state on its national land.
He pinned hopes to realize the Palestinian national reconciliation to serve the
Palestinian cause.
For his part, the Palestinian official appreciated the Yemeni noble attitudes
towards the Palestinian cause, applauding President Ali Abdullah Saleh's firm and
constant
stances on supporting the Arab issues topped by the Palestinian cause.
