Five killed, three wounded due to floods in Hodeidah
SANA'A, Aug.30 (Saba)- About five people including three children were killed and three others wounded due to floods and heavy rains that fell last Saturday over al-Quenaos district ,Hodeidah province, Interior Ministry has reported.
Police in al-Quenaos said that there are people missing, swept by floods that
flowed to the district and searching for them is still in progress.
Also, rains fell Saturday over the district of Mastaba in Hajjah province causing
damage to seven houses in the district.
It is noteworthy that heavy floods have hit some districts of Hodeidah province in
this month causing several deaths and destroying about 250 houses.
