B.BATTOMOR BECOMES STATE FENCING CHAMPION
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Mongolia's State Fencing Championship ran here August 29. The contest was organized in epee, or the modern derivative of the dueling sword. Some 16 sportsmen have showed endurance, speed and power.
Recently established, Mongolia's Fencing Federation has organized this Championship for the first time. The Mongolian B.Battomor has become a winner of the contest awarded the gold medal and followed by B.Ganbaatar with silver medal and
E.Bayarbat with bronze one.
The Fencing Federation has decided to send the champion B.Battomor to the 2010 Asian Games, also known as the XVI Asiad, to be held November.
