NIGHT OF AZERBAIJAN HELD IN ANKARA
Baku, August 29 (AzerTAc). A night devoted to Azerbaijan has been held in Ankara, Turkey, as part of the 2nd International Ramadan Festival.
The event was organized by the Azerbaijani embassy in the Turkish capital.
Speakers at the event included mayor of the Kecioren municipality Mustafa Ak, official of the Azerbaijan embassy Rashad Vahabzade, chairman of the Turkey-Azerbaijan Association Sinan Ogan and representative of the Azerbaijan State Committee for work with Diaspora Elnar Mammadov.
The night featured the performance of Azerbaijan`s national dances and a concert by Javid Tabrizli.
The participants viewed Azerbaijan`s pavilion at the Ramadan Festival. They were handed over CDs and brochures about Azerbaijan.
