Binh Phuoc (VNA) – The southern province of Binh Phuoc has helped Kampong
Cham province of Cambodia repair a 13-km section of National Highway No. 7.

A handover ceremony was held in Kampong Cham province on August 25, the Binh Phuoc
provincial People’s Committee said.

The road, linking Ta Vat border gate in Loc Thinh commune, Loc Ninh district, Binh
Phuoc province and Ton Le Cham border gate in Kravien commune, Memot district,
Kampong Cham province, was constructed at a cost of 2.5 billion VND.

The upgraded road has helped people travel more conveniently while increasing
trade ties between the two provinces in particular and the two countries in
general, according to the two provincial officials.

Recently, Binh Phuoc province has sponsored dozens of billion VND to help Lao
provinces of Kratie, Muldukiri, and Kampong Cham upgrade traffic and electric
systems and in the agricultural sector.-Enditem
