WB SECTOR UNIT DIRECTOR FOR EUROPE AND CENTRAL ASIA HOLDS PRESS CONFERENCE
Baku, 26 July,(AzerTAj) Sector Unit Director for Europe and Central Asia Peter Thomson held a press conference on results of his trip to Azerbaijan.
Mr. Thomson informed about his meetings held with Azerbaijani officials and visit to Shamakha region to familiarize with WB project “National services of water supply system and sewerage.
WB member underlined that financial means of the World Bank will constitute US $ 1,2 bln for the next two years against 60 mln of previous years.
Mr. Thomson emphasized that the WB is keen to further develop cooperation with Azerbaijan and implement the new joint projects.
