Ambush targeting Central Security Forces kills 7 al-Qaeda elements

ABYAN, Aug. 22
(Saba)- About seven of al-Qaeda elements,including three foreigners, were killed in
an ambush
targeting the Central Security Forces personnel on Friday, Ministry of Interior said
on Sunday.
The ambush which has targeted a group of Central Security Forces resulted in the
death of eleven military personnel, who were stationed in Lowdar city of Abyan.
The security bodies in Abyan said that security units in the province ferret out
the al-Qaeda terrorist elements in Lawdar districts and other surrounding
districts.
The security bodies are going to enhance their tracking operations against those
terrorist elements in everywhere in Abyan province in order to get rid of them, the
