Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The vice president of Mongolia's National Olympic Committee (MonNOC) D.Bayasgalan and the Minister of Road, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development Kh.Battulga congratulated by phone B.Battsetseg, a Mongolian girl who has won a gold medal in the First Summer Youth Olympic Games (YOG) and her coach D.Monkhbayar.
The Minister of Health S.Lambaa has sent a congratulatory letter to her. Meanwhile, the head of Mongolia's State Committee of Physical Culture and Sports Ch.Naranbaatar received the first youth Olympic champion in the Olympic Village and confirmed that the government will give a cash prize of MNT 40 million to the Olympic champion, and MNT 20 million to the coach.

A Mongolian nationality Buryat boy Aldar Baljinnyam has won a gold medal in the YOG in the wrestling event of Men's Freestyle 46kg representing the Russian Federation. He has won the gold medal by defeating his Iranian rival at the final contest.
Baljinnyam arrived in Singapore with his mother. She met with Mongolian youth athletes, and said she is satisfied with B.Battsetseg and her son's grabbing the gold medals.
Head of Mongolia's “Aldar” sports club and a silver medalist of the Judo World Championships O.Baljinnyam also said that he is very happy with the Buryat boy's victory.

A Russian pole vaulter, double Olympic and World champion and World record holder Yelena Isinbayeva met with Mongolian athletes and officials.
Mrs. Isinbayeva said she is interested in Mongolian history and culture and that deeply respects Chingis Khaan. Moreover, Mrs. Isinbayeva expressed a readiness to help Mongolians if they want to develop pole vault sport.

An outstanding athlete of the Great Britain and double Olympic champion Mr. Sebastian Newbold Coe has published his book named "Winning mind" for marking the 30th anniversary of winning his first Olympic gold medal. He wins gold medals in the Moscow-1980 and Los-Angeles-1984 Olympic Games.
Now, Mr. Coe is working as a head of the London-2012 Olympic committee and is holding various meeting to teach children his experiences. He presented his book to the MonNOC and wished Mongolians to gain brilliant success at the London-2012 Olympic Games.
