RF to sign agrmnt with Vietnam on building of NPP in Oct.

NOVO-OGARYOVO, August 19 (Itar-Tass) -- An agreement with Vietnam on
the construction a nuclear power plant may be signed in October. The head
of the state corporation Rosatom said this at a meeting with Russian Prime
Minister Vladimir Putin.
"We plan to coordinate during September an intergovernmental agreement
regarding Vietnam, so that in October, during the president's trip, the
sides could sign an intergovernmental agreement on the construction of the
first nuclear power plant in Vietnam," he said.
