CABINET: PREMIER'S TOUR STRENGTHENS TRUST OF PEOPLE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister S.Batbold has toured western and central nine aimags to get acquainted with their situation being accompanied by a big delegation comprising some MPs, Members of Government, staffers of ministries and agencies, and media. They have covered 5,600 km in 20 days, hold 21 meetings with 6,300 (in duplicated number) people, got acquainted with works of more than 20 state and private organizations, received some 200 requests, critics and proposals, and solved on the spot 16 urgent problems.
All this was discussed at the cabinet meeting Wednesday. As the Ministers concluded, the Premier's tour has become the action significant for the coalition government. The Premier said that everywhere he could see peoples' trust in the coalition Government. "They told me that if the Government works successfully, they will be able to work intensively," he added.
The Prime Minister obliged some Ministers to promptly solve problems regarding herders' loans, tuition fees, food products price rise, job places, for example, to seek ways of issuing money from the "Bounty of Motherland" for students to cover tuition fees, to reflect money, needed for holding the price rise, in the state budget of 2011, to make for every province a list of its immediate works and so on, and to put a strict control over a realization of the works.
