Damage assessment committee in Saada to kick off Thursday
SANA'A, July 25 (Saba) - The Damage assessment committee for Saada fighting is to commence today, Thursday, its activities, the committee's chairman, Minister of Local Affaires Abdul Qader Hilal said on Thursday.
The committee would provide the meeting that would be chaired by Prime Minister Ali Mujawar today with an initial vision for its considered comprehensive plan for count damages and reconstructing the war-ravaged in Saada, Hilal told the weekly 26 September.
He said that the committee would focus its works on the rapid restoration of services (water, electricity, health services and roads) to citizens, the fled persons returning to the province, delivery of relief work and bring development and servicestabilization in the affected areas as soon as possible.
The committee's work will depend on a timeframe and program would be presented to the cabinet soon, taking into consideration notes of the local authority leadership and all the concerned bodies and persons.
