Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The last leg of S.Batbold's, the Premier, visit to the provinces was Arvaikheer city, Ovorkhangai aimag. August 13, he met with local people and spoke about the government's intention to give a support to the aimag in constructing a library's palace named after Sain Noyon Khan Namnansuren in frames of the 100th anniversary of the Movement for Freedom to be celebrated in 2011.
The Premier said the cabinet will study matters on running and capital repairs, renovation of engineering pipelines of Arvaikheer and Kharkhorin cities and erecting a thermal power station in Arvaikheer. The government, he went on, will place a finance source in the state budgets of the next years for drawing up technical-economic justification and designs of the pipelines and the new thermal power station, for constructing a building of new hospitals in Taragt and Nariinteel soums and connecting the aimag's Bogd soum to the electricity.
The Prime Minister appreciated a movement that has initiated a creation of complex dedicated to the Saint Zanabazar and promised to support it.
S.Batbold visited the ger palace of Sain Noyon Khan Namnansure, paid tribute to the monument of P.Genden, a former Prime Minister of Mongolia, introduced the locals to the governmental policy, activities and decisions, received opinions from the countryside people, and got au fait with activities of state and private organizations.

The Prime Minister S.Batbold has held a meeting with people in Ovorkhangai to oblige them to thoroughly get prepared for winter and to inform about the Government's decisions and activity.
Due to the zud occurred 2009-2010 winter, about one million heads of livestock perished in this province, some 1,000 families lost the livestock.
In frames of the Government's decision to issue three bilion togrog for providing 50 per cent of families suffered with the domestic animals this aimag will receive MNT 536 million.
Ovorkhangai province is to prepare 1,200 tons of hay, 400 tons of fodder, meaning that every soum will prepare 100 tons hay and 70 tons fodder. The Premier S.Batbold told the locals the government will strictly demand that the winter preparation is made and all the obligations are fulfilled. He underlined that an importance will be attached to all the initiatives the locality will show in overcoming difficulties of the natural disaster zud.
Infrastructure is well developed in Ovorkhangai aimag, as for transportation, it connected with the capital city with a paved road. This province has permanent reliable source of electric power, may be proud of Erdenezuu monastery, monuments to Great Emperors, Khuisiin Naiman Nuur and other natural and historical memorial sites attracting tourists.
In the last year, investments of MNT 27.2 billion were made in the aimag. The investments in education and health sectors have been increased. A school building for 1,000 pupils has been erected in Arvaikheer soum, kindergarten buildings for 225 children have been constructed in Arvaikheer and Khujirt soums. Thanks to it, rates of dropouts and mortalities among infants and mothers have reduced.
In frames of a support to small- and middle-sized production, a numbers of small- and middle-sized enterprisers have reached 120 after receiving MNT 930 million loans.
Some 1,500 people got full-time jobs, 1,204 people--part time occupations. The Premier ordered the aimag's authority to reduce unemployment as much as possible.
The Premier has toured nine aimags within 23 days. The urgent problems and difficulties facing these aimags will be discussed at upcoming cabinet meetings.

Five stock trades were held at Mongolia's Stock Exchange (MSE) during the week from August 9 to August 13. Overall 399.9 thousand shares of 33 JSCs were sold totaling 79.7 million MNT trade.
Index top-20 is 10204.47 points increased by 98.01 units, or 0.96% against the previous week. The total market capitalization was set at MNT 860.5 billion, increasing by MNT 7.2 billion or 0.84%.
Shares of "Silikat" JSC (50.9%), "Hurd" (14.9%) and "AsBI" (14.9%) were increased, but, "Sor" (13.3%), "Mogoi gol" (7.7%), and "Zoos goyol" (4.1%) JSCs were decreased at the MSE. A total of 33 shares were sold. Of them, rate of 16 shares were increased, rate seven shares was decreased, and rate of 10 shares were stable.
Shares of "Hermes center" JSC (137.1 thousand units), "Khokh gan" (112.5 thousand units) and "Remikon" (85.3 thousand units) JSCs were actively traded in terms of trading volume, but in terms of trading value "Khokh gan" (MNT 17.1 million), "APU" (MNT 16.1 million) and "Hermes center" (MNT 6.03 million).
