Kazinform news agency celebrates 90th anniversary.

ASTANA, August 13 (Itar-Tass) - The Kazakh state news agency
(Kazinform) celebrates 90th anniversary on Friday. The Kazinform news
agency congratulated its permanent readers "on this perfect anniversary"
and thanked them "for devotion and stability, a high praise for
journalists, who are writing in all CIS and non-CIS countries, major
cities of the republic and country's regions."
A congratulatory message notes that the major principle of the news
agency "is to report urgent, unbiased and important on-line news in the
country and in the world."
"We were the first in the republic who report major country's news on
the issues devoted to the president, the government, the parliament,
ministries and agencies, all public institutes, accidents, world news on
catastrophes and the life of people, cultural and sport achievements," the
congratulatory message said.
The Kazinform news agency reports news at its website www.inform.kz in
the Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
The news agency has a broad network of correspondents in Kazakhstan,
including the Baikonur spaceport. Special correspondents work in Moscow,
Beijing, Bishkek, Tashkent, Brussels, Vienna, Baku, St. Petersburg and
Istanbul.
Kazinform is a member of the International Association of Asia-Pacific
