Russian vice-premier starts two-day visit to the Far East.

VLADIVOSTOK, August 11 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Vice-Premier Alexander
Zhukov arrived in Vladivostok, Russia's Far East, on Wednesday for a
two-day visit. He will examine how preparations are going on for the 2012
APEC summit.
The press service of the administration of the Primorsky region told
Itar-Tass that Zhukov's working trip includes visits to the Vladivostok
fortress, the Sollers-DV car assembly plant and an employment fair.
Apart from the APEC facilities on the Russkiy Island, the vice-premier
will have a look at a construction site of the far eastern traumatic
centre, hold a meeting on employment in the Far East and pay a visit to an
All-Russian children's centre 'Ocean'.
