PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV VISITS TURKEY

Baku, 24 July (AzerTAj) - President Ilham Aliyev of the Azerbaijan Republic today has left for the city of Kars, Turkey, to attend the ceremony of laying the foundation of the Turkish stretch of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.
