Oil minister receives Yemeni-Egyptian oil committee

SANA'A, Aug. 08 (Saba)- Minister
of Oil and Minerals Ameer al-Aidarous received here on Sunday the Yemeni-Egyptian
Joint
Technical Committee for Oil, Gas and Minerals Cooperation.
The meeting addressed the bilateral relations between the two countries in the
areas of oil, gas and minerals as well as exchanging expertise in this domain, in
addition
to the related aspects to establishing a joint Yemeni-Egyptian company for oil
services.
The minister affirmed the importance of benefiting from the Egyptian experience in
minerals area, noting to the Yemeni minerals wealth and affirmed concern of Yemen
to make
use of the Egyptian related expertise.
He affirmed the importance of finding out mechanisms to implement the agreements,
documents and protocols signed by the two sides and following up their
implementation to
realize the joint interests of the two countries.
