Europe supports South Ossetia.

TSKHINVAL, August 8 (Itar-Tass) -- Several rallies to support South
Ossetia were took place in some European capitals. They were organised by
the international association of Ossetian Vozrozhdeniye /Renaissance/
societies.
Ossetians living in Europe took part in the rallies in Berlin,
Strasbourg and Brussels, the association said on Saturday. The
participants carried "banners claiming Georgia's aggression and appealing
to liberate Ossetians from Georgia's prisons." The participants in the
rally in Strasbourg "appealed to the European Court of Human Rights to
consider fairly the cases filed by residents of Russia and South Ossetia
against Georgia."
On the eve of the second anniversary of Georgia's aggression, the
Vozrozhdeniye association organised a conference in Strasbourg devoted to
the events of August 2008 and the present situation in South Ossetia.
Among the participant in the conference there were experts from Russia,
South Ossetia, European countries and deputies of the European Parliament.
Ossetian communities in Europe will have their rallies for three days.
