SANA'A, Aug. 07 (Saba) -
Yemen and Nexen Inc. discussed here on Saturday the company's exploration activities
in
blocks No. 14 and 51.
At their meeting, Prime Minister Ali Mujawar and President and CEO of Nexen Inc.
Marvin Romanow talked about the joint trends for the coming phase.
Romanow briefed Mujawar on the work progress in oil production process and the
developmental programs the company carrying out in the two blocks.
He also expressed his appreciation of the cooperation offered to the company by the
government, affirming the company's keenness to promote its existence in Yemen in
the
future for serving the two sides' common interests.
In return, the Premier showed his satisfaction for the company's activities in its
concession areas in fields of exploration and production.
