lack of main services in Yemeni islands causes emigration, says Kain'ai
SANA'A, July 24 (Saba)- The General Authority for Development and Promotion of Yemeni Islands has expressed worry for the increase of emigration of people from the Yemeni islands.
In an interview with Alsyasiah, general director of the authority Yahya Kain'ai said that the emigration increases because of the lack of main services and infrastructure projects in Yemeni islands.
The authority made a development strategy to decrease this phenomenon, Kain'ai added.
He pointed out to a number of infrastructure projects which will be established such as al-Saleh project which costs around $30 million aiming at supporting students in the Yemeni islands.
