RUSSIAN AND AZERBAIJAN TOP DIPLOMATS DISCUSS BILATERAL RELATIONS

Baku, August 6 (AzerTAc). Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov has today phoned Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.
The Ministers discussed a number of issues concerning the bilateral relations and regional situation.
