Mother and baby missing

A mother and her three-month-old baby girl are missing near Newcastle.
Margaret Renshaw, aged 41, was last seen driving on Maryland Drive, Maryland, in the
city's northwest, about 4.30pm (AEST) on Thursday, police said.
Her young daughter Sophie, wearing a pink knitted top and matching bonnet, was with
her.
Family members told officers that Ms Renshaw had left her Sunshine home about 10am
(AEST) on Thursday, heading to Toronto in her green Mitsubishi station wagon.
It has the NSW registration plates AV18BJ.
Police said Ms Renshaw's family became worried when she didn't contact them or
return home on Thursday night.
"It is extremely out of character for Margaret to not return home and they are
concerned for her and baby Sophie's health and safety," police said in a statement.
She is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 178cm tall with a medium
build and black hair.
Ms Renshaw was last seen wearing a three quarter length black knitted coat, jeans
and a sequined scarf.
