INT'L FESTIVAL OF HOT AIR BALLOONS APPROACHES

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Hot air balloons will be launched from the Sukhbaatar Square on 19 July at an initiative of the "Panoramic Journeys" Company of the Great Britain and experienced hot balloon pilots Phil and Allie Dunnington engaged in the tourism sector. This event will attract professional balloon pilots from the UK, France, Germany and Switzerland.
Two Mongolian top parachutists will jump from the hot air balloons and to intend to set a new state record at this kind sport. Moreover, balloons of four countries will take off from the square together with the two Mongolian parachutists and media of the Mongolian National Public Radio and Television and televisions of Germany.
The parachutists will show a demonstration by jumping from the balloons onto the Sukhbaatar square. Depending on wind speed and directions, the first flight will cover approximately 20 km way an hour and will land on the southern part of Bogd Khaan Mountain, or on the western part of Ulaanbaatar city or the Yaarmag area.
The hot air balloon tour which is organized by the "Panoramic Journeys" Company will also run on territories of Arkhangai, Tov, Ovorkhangai, Dundgobi and Omnogobi aimags. They intend to perform the flights of the balloons in beautiful points--Khustai natural complex spot, the Khangai Mountains, the Khongor Els and Bayanzag areas.
