AZERBAIJAN REPAYS 300-400 THOUSAND KW-HS ENERGY POWER TO TURKEY PER DAY
Baku, 24 July,(AzerTAj)Marlen Asgarov, Vice President of Azerbaijan’s major electricity company, Azerenerji, said Azerbaijan is repaying 300-400 thousand kilowatt-hours energy power to Turkey per day.
Mr. Asgarov said Nakhchivan’s energy debt to Turkey was about 3, 2 million KW-hs or$157 mln.
Nakhchivan AR has stopped import of energy power from Turkey since April 2007 as thearea produces enough electricity for internal consumption.
