YEJC upcoming meeting agenda discussed
SANA'A, Aug. 04 (Saba) - Yemen and Egypt
discussed on Wednesday the arrangements for the Yemeni-Egyptian Joint Committee's
(YEJC) meeting
scheduled to be held in the last quarter of 2010.
During a meeting gathered Prime Minister Ali Mujawar and outgoing Egyptian
ambassador to Yemen Mohamed Morsy Awad, the two officials talked about the role of
the joint committee
in strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries and serving their
joint interests.
Mujawar and Awad also referred to the steady developments of the two countries'
relations in the political, economic, cultural and social fields.
The Premier noted to the distinctive trade relations between Yemen and Egypt and
aspects of deepening economic relations on the levels of trade and investment.
For his part, the Egyptian diplomat affirmed his country's keenness to strengthen
the brotherly relations with Yemen in various fields.
He also expressed appreciation for care and cooperation exerted by the government
which enabled him to carry out his diplomatic tasks.
