AZERI TENNIS TABLE PLAYER WINS BRONZE IN DAGESTAN
Baku, August 5 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani tennis table player Sanan Aliyev has won bronze medal in the Caspian littoral States` open cup in Kaspiysk, Dagestan.
Aliyev secured the medal thanks to a victory over Armenian rival.
President of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov presented the “Audiences` sympathy” award to the Azerbaijani player.
Azerbaijan ranked 4th in the medal table.
Along with Azerbaijan, the tournament brought together players from Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Belarus.
The tournament`s winner was awarded 300.000 roubles.
