BAKU HOSTS SEMINAR ON COMBAT MONEY LAUNDERING AND TERRORISM FINANCING
Baku, August 5 (AzerTAc). A seminar on combat money laundering and terrorism financing initiated by Azerbaijan State Committee on Securities (SCS) and US Agency for International Development took place in Baku.
The event brought together experts in securities and representatives of USAID. Deputy Chairman of SCS Ilgar Muradov said the committee carries out different projects to combat with money-laundering and terrorism financing.
The participants also exchanged views on effective use of methods to combat with money-laundering.
